YE4-80~132 (IP54~IP55) Series small low-voltage three-phase asynchronous motors are high-efficiency and energy-saving three-phase asynchronous motors designed and developed by our company. They feature innovative design, attractive appearance, low noise, high torque, excellent starting performance, compact structure, and easy operation and maintenance. Their efficiency fully reaches Grade 1 of GB18613-2012 Minimum Allowable Values of Energy Efficiency and Energy Efficiency Grades for Small and Medium Three-phase Asynchronous Motors. The series has also passed the energy-saving product certification of the China Quality Certification Center and obtained the China Energy Conservation Product Certification Certificate.
The power ratings, electrical performance, mounting dimensions, and tolerances of this series comply with national standard GB755, IEC34-1 Rating and Performance of Rotating Electrical Machines, and mechanical industry standards such as GB/T4772.1.
The enclosure protection class of this series complies with GB4942.1 and IEC34-5 Degrees of Protection Provided by Enclosures of Rotating Electrical Machines. The cooling method complies with GB/T1993 and IEC34-6 Methods of Cooling Rotating Electrical Machines, and is IC411.
The structure and mounting types of this series include IMB3, IMB5, IMB35, and IMV1, in compliance with GB/T997 and IEC34-7 Classification of Types of Construction and Mounting Arrangements for Electrical Machines.
This series adopts Class F insulation, while the temperature rise of the whole series is assessed according to Class B standards, greatly improving safety and reliability.
